Leading authority on mobile and Internet performance, Keynote Systems, also honors Web site for outstanding customer experience

Progressive has held the top spot for 13 of the last 14 Insurance Carrier Scorecard rankings published since 2000. To collect scorecard data, Keynote compared the Web sites of 11 car insurance carriers. Keynote analysts followed a research process that included interviewing insurance company representatives as well as reviewing their Web sites.
In addition to the Insurance Carrier Scorecard, progressive.com ranked number one on the Keynote "Customer Experience Rankings for Auto Insurance Web Sites" study. The study examined the online experience of more than 1,500 consumers as they used leading car insurance Web sites.
