MAYFIELD VILLAGE, Ohio — September 29, 2008 — Recent college graduates not sure where to start their job search just got a little extra help from BusinessWeek magazine. The publication recently announced its annual list of Best Places to Launch a Career, and the auto insurance company has been recognized again as a great place to start a career.

BusinessWeek compiled the list in three steps. Career services directors at leading universities across the U.S. were asked to identify top employers. Those employers were then asked to respond to an extensive survey on hiring, pay, benefits, training programs and advancement opportunities. Finally, market research firm Universum Communications supplied data from its survey of more than 40,000 U.S. undergraduates about their most desirable employers. Information from all three sources was combined to calculate the final ranking.
