Progressive Named One of 20 Great Employers for College Graduates by Fortune.com and Experience Inc.
May 24, 2007 — The Progressive Group of Insurance Companies, the third largest auto insurance group in the country, was named one of 20 great employers for college graduates by Fortune.com and Experience Inc., an online career adviser and recruitment database. To help find great employers that offer a wide range of impressive perks for new graduates, Experience surveyed hundreds of corporate recruiters and Fortune 500 companies.
Progressive, the only insurance company listed, was recognized for hiring diverse, team-oriented people; tailoring jobs to meet individual interests; its contemporary art collection; relaxed dress code; and conveniences like on-site health care, dry cleaning and photo development. Last year, Progressive hired more than 400 recent college graduates.
