Progressive Opens New State-of-the-Art Claims Service Center in Houston
May 31, 2007 — The Progressive Group of Insurance Companies, the third largest auto insurance group in the country and fourth largest in Texas, opens a state-of-the-art concierge claims center in the Houston area offering a level of service that reduces drivers' time spent dealing with accident repairs from about four days to about 15 minutes. Progressive's new Houston facility offers Progressive customers, as well as anyone involved in a claim with these customers, the choice of using a "concierge" level of claims service in which Progressive manages the claims/repair process from start to finish on their behalf.
The new claims service center is located at 22633 Imperial Valley Drive and replaces the original site at 505 West Canino Drive. To date, more than 50 Progressive service centers are open in the U.S. including eight in Texas.
