Progressive Opens Concierge Claims Center in Riverview, Fla.
March 28, 2007 — The Progressive Group of Insurance Companies, the third largest auto insurance group in the country and fourth largest in Florida, opens its second concierge claims center in the Tampa Bay area offering a new level of service that reduces drivers' time spent dealing with accident repairs from about four days to about 15 minutes. Progressive's new Riverview facility offers Progressive customers, as well as anyone involved in a claim with these customers, the choice of using a "concierge" level of claims service in which Progressive manages the claims/repair process from start to finish on their behalf.
The new facility is located at 4119 Foxworth Road in Riverview. Today, 54 Progressive service centers are open in the U.S. including eight in Florida.
