Progressive Opens First Service Centers in Minneapolis Area
May 3, 2006 — The Progressive Group of Insurance Companies, the third largest auto insurance group in the country and in Minnesota, introduces a new level of service that reduces drivers' time spent dealing with accident repairs from about four days to about 15 minutes. Progressive's two new Service Centers in the Twin Cities area offer drivers the choice of using a "concierge" level of claims service in which Progressive manages the repair process from start to finish on their behalf.
The opening of the two new Service Centers at 10220 Goldenrod Ave. in Coon Rapids and 12450 River Ridge Ln. in Burnsville mark the 29th and 30th Progressive Service Centers in the U.S. and the first two in the Twin Cities area.
