Progressive Opens Second Service Center in Phoenix Area
July 6, 2006 — The Progressive Group of Insurance Companies, the third largest auto insurance group in the country and fifth largest in Arizona, opens its second Service Center in the Phoenix area that reduces drivers' time spent dealing with accident repairs from about four days to about 15 minutes. Progressive's new Service Center in Phoenix offers drivers the choice of using a "concierge" level of claims service in which Progressive manages the claims/repair process from start to finish on their behalf.
The opening of the new Service Center at 21650 N. 18th Avenue marks the 42nd Progressive Service Center in the U.S. and the second in Arizona.
