Progressive Opens First Service Center in Seattle Area

Aug. 1, 2006 — The Progressive Group of Insurance Companies, the third largest auto insurance group in the country and fifth largest in Washington, opens its first Service Center in the Seattle area that reduces drivers' time spent dealing with accident repairs from about four days to about 15 minutes. Progressive's new Service Center in Lynnwood offers drivers the choice of using a "concierge" level of claims service in which Progressive manages the claims/repair process from start to finish on their behalf. Progressive's Total Loss Concierge service is also available to drivers in Seattle and throughout the state. With Total Loss Concierge, Progressive helps people whose cars have been declared total losses after accidents find and buy replacement cars.

The opening of the new Service Center at 13906 Highway 99 marks the 43rd Progressive Service Center in the U.S.
